If you would like to visit the highlights of Japan with limited time, this tour is your best choice! Explore the many corners of Tokyo’s modern districts and step into the back alleys where cultures and history are ever present. Continue to Japan’s symbol, Mt. Fuji, known as its highest mountain offering beautiful views from afar. Spend the night in Hakone and experience the hot springs or *onsens*. On your way to Kyoto, experience the bullet train called *Shinkansen*, the Bamboo Forest, and Nara, and including the historical and significant temples and shrines. Enjoy the service of having a private guide and vehicle to get you around!

  • DAY 1 TOKYO

    Arrival in Tokyo (Narita or Haneda) where you will be met by a representative and transferred by private vehicle to your hotel (travel time 85mins).
    After check in, rest of day at leisure.
    *Unlimited Wifi device (mobile hotspot wifi router) is available to rent for 55 CAD/device for the stay.
    Accommodation: Tokyo for 2 nights

    DAY 2 TOKYO CITY TOUR

    Sightseeing in Tokyo (09:00 – 17:00) by private car and guide: Please select from the following options:
    Sample-1: Ameyoko Market, Asakusa KannonTemple, Sumida River Cruise, Hamarikyu Garden and tea break, Ginza, Akihabara.
    Sample-2: Meiji Shrine, Omotesando (Harajuku), Shibuya Crossing Street, Observatory of Tokyo Government Office, Kabukicho
    Sample-3: Edo Tokyo Museum, Tsukiji, Imperial Palace (East Garden or the Double Bridge), Odaiba.
    Meals: No meals included

    DAY 3 TOKYO - MONT FUJI - HAKONE

    Your main suitcase will be transferred directly from Tokyo to Kyoto. Please leave your main suitcase with the porter / bell desk by 7:30AM. You travel with just an overnight bag for your night in Hakone. Transfer to Mt. Fuji / Hakone by private car with your guide. Sightseeing in Mt. Fuji / Hakone: Mt.Fuji 5th station, Owakudani Boiling Valley, Hakone Ropeway, Boat Cruise on Lake Ashi. Lunch is included. Your guide leaves you after you check in at your hotel in Hakone. Dinner at the hotel is included.

    DAY 4 HAKONE - KYOTO - NARA - KYOTO

    Transfer to Odawara or Atami Station by private car (Japanese speaking driver only). Take a bullet train to Kyoto on your own (travel time 2.5hrs). Upon arrival at Kyoto Station, you will be met by an English speaking assistant and transferred to Nara by private car. Visit Todaiji Temple with an image of Buddha and Nara Park. Return to Kyoto and transfer to your hotel.

    Accommodation: Kyoto for 2 nights

    DAY 5 KYOTO

    Sightseeing in Kyoto (09:00 – 17:00) with private car and guide: please select from the following options:
    Sample-1: Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, Kinkaku ji Temple, Kiyomizu Temple, Gion District.
    Sample-2: Nijo Castle, Nishiki Market, Nanzen ji Temple, Heian Shrine.
    Sample-3 San ju san gen do Temple, Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, Byodo in Temple, and tea ceremony. After sightseeing return to hotel.

    DAY 6 KYOTO - OSAKA

    Transfer to Osaka’s Kansai airport by private vehicle. Pick up time is 4 hours prior to your flight.
